For the most part since the downtime we have been utilizing mostly Yipes (Williams + Level 3), Qwest, and a simple provider of peer routes to further spread the traffic.
Cable & Wireless is an excellent provider, we were in discussions to work with them for over a year prior to signing a contract. The company's network shares 1 AS number between Exodus & Cable Wireless itself making it a #2 network in the world in accordance to the recent BoardWatch study.
