All things being equal, what would you deem to be a fair amount for a refund if you were in this situation?
5%, 10%, 50%
Granted it's different for free sites, how large and profitable the site is, and so on. But just as a rule of thumb, what would you ask for?
I'm not implying that I'm going to ask for a refund. But would be intereted to hear your input.
