here's the letter from the last time they went down that nic sent, it has his cell phone #'s in it which I "bolded" in case you want to call his personal cell phone:

Quote:
Dear Customers,

I have to say that this week was an extremely bad day for me -- and as
I know, for many of you. The Like Whoa Hosting network was partially unavailable
for most of the day on Wednesday. Many of you were only able to reach your
sites via slow connectivity (routed through Qwest) or in the majority of
cases were completely unable to access your sites. I'd like to inform you
of the situation, its resolution, and more importantly our plans to rectify
such from happening again.

Our hosting division had a milestone this year to provide an absolute network
uptime with no interruptions. The growth our company experienced in recent
months occurred faster then we had anticipated. We failed to secure additional
bandwidth and ample connectivity from our back-up providers. Your sites
were loading slowly as a result of our back-up provider not having sufficient
bandwidth to support the whole Like Whoa network, because of a limited
circuit capacity. This was extremely poor judgment on our part.

Over the course of the past 48 hours, we have been working hard to secure
additional connectivity. As of 3am EDT, we have permanently removed Cogent
from the BGP-4, which was added as an emergency provider. Like Whoa is
currently serving bandwidth via Qwest, Genuity, and Yipes. Over the next
48 hours we will also be adding Williams as an additional provider. By
Monday, Like Whoa network will be powered by four providers, making us
even faster, more reliable, and flexible then ever before.

I deeply apologize for the problems many of you experienced. We will credit
your account per our service level commitment terms.

Although this was very unfortunate occurrence, it brought a new understanding
of the exponential growth that Like Whoa has experienced and what we can
do to further raise the bar on reliability, support, and quality in our
service.

This outage reminded me that our every decision affects our customers,
and that we must value your trust in our brand even more than before. There
are many questions that some of you might still have, or comments, suggestions,
and other related items. My personal schedule has been cleared for the
next week and I've dedicated my time to speak with every one of you. You
are more than welcome to reach me on my cell phone (732-803-7171) to discuss
these items or at our corporate office number (718-421-7835).
I want to
express my sincere thanks for your patience, professionalism, and continued
support. Like Whoa will never take a problem lightly. We are here to stay
and live up to every promise ever made to every one of you.

Sincerely,
Nick Tukhman, Chairman & CEO
Like Whoa, Inc
So now you have the CEO's #'s, I suggest you use them.
