I want to set up a webcam at home to play around with... I've used Spycam before which I think is just meta refresh, but I'd rather do something streaming -- applet or...?

I've done surfing and I've mostly found a lot of crap that doesn't work -- java bytecode errors, broken servers, etc... There's got to be some homebrew shit cooking out there!
