Just because you are too dumb to see that what I am saying has already been said by AFF and Zango themselves, doesn;t mean they are dumb to this fact. I am sure their attorney can see that what I am saying is not only fact but was admitted by both parties. They may not like the word I use "Stealing" and they may prefer to stick with "unavoidable collisions" .
When something is unavoidable that means they had no choice. AFF could have not participated in the adware buying then there would have been no collisions to avoid.
Let me explain it in terms that you can understand.
Someone says " I have to borrow something from you and I wont give it back". I say you are stealing. it's the same thing, they just like the way it sounds with their PR spin on it.
