I mentioned this to Lars weeks ago. He said that it would be too expensive and be a waste of time to sue them but that he would pass it along to his legal staff. AFF knows they can sue 180solutions, i sent him Gator cases from a couple years ago where Gator was sued for the exact same thing and settled. It is an open shut case.

So the 100million dollar company does not want to spend a few dollars to protect their trademark. This tells me this is just another excuse, so if they keep giving all these excuses why they wont stop, apparently they don't want to stop.
