AFF knows they can sue 180solutions, i sent him Gator cases from a couple years ago where Gator was sued for the exact same thing and settled. It is an open shut case.

So the 100million dollar company does not want to spend a few dollars to protect their trademark. This tells me this is just another excuse, so if they keep giving all these excuses why they wont stop, apparently they don't want to stop.
Too expensive ? I don't think so...I'm quite sure they have more money than we do and we can handle doing it just fine.

More likely, others who hold trademarks might just be waiting until someone does it first...to see what the result fo that is. I just hope everyone remembers when its all said and done who the FIRST was and don't all bandwagon hop
