After eBay fees/PP fees you would get around $177, then subtract whatever actual shipping cost would be + whatever you pocket from handling charge. $185ish? Does make a lot more sense to unload it here for time constraints vs. how little extra money it would mean for actually listing it @ eBay.
Regardless the Apple store does indeed have them on a regular basis refurbished for $179.00. If you can't wait until they get them in stock your deal isn't a particularly bad one.
