Don't get me wrong, I thought every level of Government screwed up after Katrina. Can't lay that one solely on Bush's doorstep. I hope a lesson was learned that the big machine ain't gonna save you when the shit hits the fan. Also, if a cat 5 is bearing down on you, and you live below sea level, get out if you can. If you can walk out when the water is up to your neck, you can walk out before the storm hits.
