yeah, because we're the ones wearing the stupid costumes. and we're the has-beens craving publicity so badly that we do something so disrespectful as dress up as steve irwin (WITH THE BARB).
people dont "CROSS THE LINE" by coming out and saying, bill maher is dolt, and made a huge mistake. that isn't fueling the fire. if he was respectful enough to not wear that bullshit, we wouldn't be discussing this dumb stunt he pulled in the first place...
maybe if your children idolized steve irwin you would see it differently, he was an important man to many people, he had a past, AND a future- and he, and his family will NEVER have the opportunity to experience it. how is suckerpunching him funny? it's not.
dressing up as steve irwin with a barb in his chest is about as funny as dressing up as your mother who just passed away from a long painful battle with cancer.
