Hmmm... looks like someone isn't working and playing well with others. The whole "blasting across the border illegally" thing really pisses me off, but I just don't see torture and murder as the answer.
Oddly enough, it may actually work. I mean, wouldn't you stop and think twice if you thought there was a sniper or torture gang gunnin' for YOUR ass once you crossed the line? You know what they say is stranger than fiction...
