I understand what you're saying and can imagine how you feel. I'm just suggesting that if you go the official complaint route (e.g., with InterNIC) you may want to try to keep your complaint professional rather than emotional. I would say chances are better that you'll be taken more seriously as a serious business person that stands to loose a lot, which may be essential to a favorable outcome.
Likewise, the saying goes: You catch more flies with honey...
