For streaming, encode in Mp4 at 256kbs 320x240 and stream them using Darwin streaming server.

For downloads, encode with DIVX 6 at 640x480 (if NTSC) and 720x544 (if PAL) and 800kbs. Used to use WMV but several none windows members asked for versions they could watch so change to DIVX as its available for platforms including some DVD players
