with creatine you don't need to do the loading phase. 5 grams a day for 2 months is more than enough. then a couple months off. once its in the body you just end up pissing it out. you might as well take a scoop and flush it down the toilet.
if you're serious about gaining muscle, eating 2-3 times a day won't cut it. you want 20-30 grams of protein about every 3 hours.
i just laugh at people who bring up these side effects for creatine, but the people who get those side effects have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
ephedine is a stimulant much like caffeine, but a lot more potent. ultimate orange was by far the best sport drink/supplement on the market. i don't think its sold anymore because of the big ephedrine ordeal.
