Do some research on what you take, take your time and exercise. Exercise and proper diet is everything. It's fucking hard and specially in the beginning or after a long period of inactivity. But it's the only right way. I just came back from the gym. I exercise in the most underground gym in my country. You'll be surprised if you hear the stories that follow the use of supplements and steroids.
"If you lift weights, you need to be taking creatine."
why is that? The gains from creatine last for a short period of time (the loading phase). After this your organism dispossess near all the quantity you are receiving. This means that all this quantity keeps getting processed by your liver every time with not reason.
I'll tell you an event that happened to my trainer 12 days ago when he went to do á surgery for hernia. The doctor gave him 10mg of a certain anaesthetic and my friend was still awake. The doctor started wondering.....he gave him after few min 10mg more. Both times he told him that it's a medicine and not aneasthetic in order not to cause him panic. After few min he was still awake! The doctor asked him: "wtf are you taking?" My friend said:"Doctor i'm taking everything and he started reffering to zillion anabolics..." The doctor said, no I don't mean steroids....Do you take any ephedrine?? Epherdrine was responsible for this and the doctor gave him 20mg more in order for him to sleep. FOUR times more aneasthetic than the normal quantity!
