I don't even think there's been any actual instances of that happening. All stupid rumors.
I remember when I was a kid, first and second grade, I would walk about 2 blocks every day to another kids house and they would take me to school. One year some kid got kidnapped and my grandma went nuts on my dad for making me walk 2 blocks every morning in fear of getting napped. He told her she was nuts, lol.
