only shit i'll ever use is protein powder, just cus its easier to drink a protien shake after a workout ,t hen to cook a chicken
u wanna get buff ? just workout
eat 6 times a day, 3 of them being protein shake, and a light snack
eat a hiehg protien and low carb diet
and just work out 4 times a week
my plan sorta looks like this
Day 1 , Chest / Bicepts
Day 2 , Tris / Shoulders
Day 3 , Legs / back <---- real important if you wanna gain overal body mass ...
Day 4, Cardio day 45 mins - an hour of cardio , keeps my muslce fit and helps endurance while lifting high reps
DOnt need no creatine , eat properly , sleep properly and u'll see results.
