The only thing I really have issue with is this statement you made on GFY:

That cuts into my sales. Had you not mentioned my product at all, it probably wouldn't have been an issue. Now everyone that sees that thread and uses your service is a lost sale for me.
However, nothing in the license prevents it's use for the purpose which you intend. I would like to impress upon you the necessity of NOT using my company name or product name in your advertising of your service UNLESS it is for the sole purpose of sending customers my way.

was misunderstood. It went with the line below it. The person who quoted me also got it wrong.
I was saying that I AM using it to submit galleries
I was saying that I AM NOT SAYING that I will do GASSs work for you IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY IT.
That was my point. I should have chose better words.
