I didn't read their terms but if they only have the no renting... no selling stuff in their terms he can use it to submit galleries of other people.
If they have something like this in their terms it's a different story... "You may not make access to [...] available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use [...] in a business to provide services to others."
