The deal is retarded, or your post is? 50 signups = $2000 payout for many sponsors. $2000 + $250 is not a retarded deal, considering the loyalty the $250 ensures. Loyalty of a webmaster who brings 50 signups per month is something many sponsors would deem to be priceles...
