Technically, yes it is similar. However, if my project were a similar URL it would be 'publisherfeeds.com' - which is really the other side of the coin. Mine is more surfer oriented, and useful for webmasters who like to throw up sites with RSS syndicated material on them.

I'm not claiming this to be a unique idea, but that's completely not the point. The point is to earn money.
