I'm partial to italian foods, so NY and surrounding areas are quite tasty to me. We've been in the south for 5 months and have yet to have any southern cooking
Chicken, corn bread and potatoes was never as appealing to me as ravioli, crusty italian bread with butter and a canoli!
It's really hard to find authentic italian food around here
