ok, here's my potato recipe....
cut the spuds into roughly 1 inch pieces put them in a big bowl.
add enough olive oil coat them.
add in a small handful of fine chopped rosemary, then a couple spoonfuls of kosher salt, a spoonful of garlic powder and some ground pepper.
Mix together with your hands. spread it out on a baking sheet and bake until cooked through and just starting to get crispy outside. serve....
Also works well with dark meat chicken instead of potato......
