I got a question on icq and figured to post the answer here too..
Any type of video file (including mpeg and avi) is ok with this. You can make a movie gallery with like 6-12 thumbs, and instead of linking to the clips directly, link them to this page. Movie will be opened inside the player/tv box, looks really cool..
