Sounds good

I like to cut them into wedges, then in a shallow pan, salt and lemon pepper seasoing, olive oil over them, roll them around a bit until everything is all coated, then roast in the oven a while. Maybe even some browned/caramalized chicken on top.. man I want some now. Best to turn them over once during cooking.
For simple I like small red taters, scrubbed (skin always on), make the water salty like the sea, boil a while.. thats it! lol Add butter and pepper on the plate.
