I have a potato recipe that I love and make at least once a week..
Boil some potatoes, drain them and let them cool. Cut them in 1/4 inch slices.
Mix them with red onion rings and lots of fresh rocket salad.
Then pour a dressing consisting of 1 part olive oil, 1 part vinegar and one part water over it all and mix it around.. ohh.. put some salt and pepper on it too..
it is fucking great :-) try it with a nice steak or something like that
