LOL.. now you're thinking. No, I'm not saying they all have/need to be perfect. You should see some of the people I push. But this girl doesn't have a spark and looks like everyone else I see out there. Don't you need a little 'x' factor to make it work. Or at least stick her in a niche where she could succeed.
