I agree with ibill, they shouldn't have to pay for the 900 calls they didn't get paid for. They're the PROCESSOR, worldcom is who people should be pissed at. If I used ibill, I'd want them to stay in business so I don't loose my rebills, I wouldn't expect them to cover someone else's dept.
