NO! A guy who does not have HIV can not shoot up right before the shoot and give HIV to the female or vice versa.
That applies to your first remark.
And a virus has an incubation period before it can be spread and something that spreads as fast as the flu still has a 3 day incubation period.
The last I heard about the incubation of HIV it was stated to be months; but that was a long time ago so there may be new evidence that the period is shorter.
