Traffic Gigolos = RAMPANT spammers!

This is my first post, and I'm going to be as diplomatic as possible.

The only way I have EVER HEARD of the company "Traffic Gigolos" is due to rampant, non-stop spam, which continues to arrive in several of my addresses every week or so, predominantly those I registered with yahoo.

In my opinion: you are all well aware of this rampant spamming but have an attitude of "well we can't do much about that can we?"

Under CAN-SPAM: if an affiliate spams on your behalf - you can and will be held responsible.

It is your JOB to police your affiliates. When people complain to you about the spam, you should DO SOMETHING about it. It's your company's responsibility to enforce your zero spam policy. Your agreements should be legally binding enough that if a spamming affiliate continues to spam, or (worse) joe-jobs you after you terminate him, you can (and most definitely should) sue this idiot for libelling your company's name.

In my opinion: Traffic Gigolos exists solely as an outlet for reckless, illegal spammers. The most recent spam run featured one of my yahoo addresses as the from and reply to. How did they get that address when I've given it out to precisely NOBODY?!

I notice some so-called representatives from Traffic Gigolos posting on this board about how they're always cancelling spammers' accounts, and yet I, and numerous others, continually receive the spam for that company's sites.

It's illegal
It's damaging any hope of this company having a good reputation.
I don't want it to continue
I want this board and its community to DO SOMETHING about this. Not just shrug and talk about how hard it is when you have "thousands" of affiliates. IT'S YOUR JOB!

Not one of you takes this issue seriously. It's obvious from the tone of the conversation in these threads. I expect a great deal of abuse from a batch of you but it doesn't change the fact that you are all doing an abysmal job of tightening the reins on your own industry.

If you don't want a bad reputation, and most importantly if you don't wish to be fined into oblivion once enough people complain about all of this to the FTC as I have, you should get off your asses and start thinking about how to tighten up your affiliate programs.

Doesn't Traffic Gigolos have any kind of trial or monitoring period for their affiliates? They should. Only once an affiliate has proven that they're spam free should they ever be allowed to get paid in the first place. I know those kinds of non-spamming affiliates exist (I just can't seem to find any who represent sites for Traffic Gigolos)

As an aside: I have absolutely no interest in adult websites. I never have. I just continue to receive these bullshit spam messages, and then get no response whatsoever when complaining about it to Traffic Gigolos. Numerous other companies have been VERY responsive when these complaints come in. Why the hell isn't Traffic Gigolos doing anything about their obvious spam problem?

This thread has been around since May. You all complained when it was brought up again in August. Here I am in October.

That's a month to month spam problem. It never stops from this company. Your affiliate program is broken. Fix it!
