we stopped using the constitution years ago, we voted in california to stop illegals from getting into the schools and hospitals and a judge put a stop to the LAW that we voted in place. Then there is the laws put in place that help construction companies take away property from people so they can build strip malls . The legal system is pretty screwed up.
