You would normally think a person would medicate or not medicate so he would look less sick on video. Not in this case, the sicker he looks, the more likely people are going to feel sorry for him and vote his way.

Actually, the shaking isn't a bad thing for Parkinson's sufferers. It means that the medication is working. If the medication wasn't working, he wouldn't be moving much at all and probably unable to speak clearly. I don't know how you tell a Parkinson's patient to hold off till they can look less sick.
