Cliche answer. Hendrix did some good shit. But no. I'm sorry.... I'm SICK of seeing Hendrix as number one on all these guitar polls.
Slash is my fave.
Hendrix can suck cock as far as Slash playing goes. Why? Because Slash is MY favorite. Meaning... how can someone say Hendrix is the BEST, when MY favorite is not Hendrix. That means Hendrix ISN'T the best ... otherwise everyone in the world would agree.
I've played guitar for 13 years and I know my playing. I just think the 'best' is down to each person's taste and reasons.
