- If we are in the middle of a conversation and need to leave tell me, do not just stop talking for hours.
- Do not assume your links go through, sometimes they do not.
- If it suddenly feels like I went insane and you missed part of the conversation, odds are you did and the IM didnt work. Do not get all hostile.
- If it is a priority issue, follow up with an email as well if I do not respond.
