I'm blaming both of them. I worked for a fortune 50 telecom company for 10 years. We had consultants come and go and I can tell you they we the worst employees around. Not to sterotype consultants, rather, they are just as responsible for any problems should shit hit the fan. They are also the first to run out the door.
