The thread on "panic attacks" made me think about this fucked up problem that I used to get.

I used to get this where you sort of "semi" wake up from a light sleep or nap and cant move. You try as hard as you can to move but cant. You know you arent quite awake ywt so you try to snap out of this sleep. Then finally, YOU WAKE UP.

Its really fuckin wierd. I havent had this happen to me in years but is it ever freaky when it happens.

Anyone ever have this?
