doesn't matter how much they make. Those kids are YOUR responsibility. Food, clothes, transportation, school supplies, etc.. those things are not free! I guarantee you she spends way more than $450 on the kids. Now, I do think that she should be saving that money for the college fund. That would be a smart thing to do.
