Well, what did you expect by posting on a public forum ? If you want to work out a deal without curious questions, make a business plan, pick up the phone, call long time business partners, meet them for a nice dinner and try to convince them...but if you come here and post about a sum of 100k$, don't be surprised about the reactions.
