Both the United States and Britain have been pushing pretty hard for action, but nobody is willing to do anything. On top of that, very very few countries are willing to send their soldiers into a situation where they could get hurt badly.
Sending the UN in would only make matters worse at this minute anyway, the Sudanese president has already said many times he would take any action as an action of war and will not be afraid to attack back. The UN has no real power when real atrocities present themselves, this situation is only one of many.
"Never again" they said decades ago. My ass.
