A long time ago befor e Jeff was the Jeff he is today he approched Sharky from MaxCash and Me from ACS INC.
Jeff was a new designer and didnt even have a website, a profile or a portfolio. He was a virgin to design and even used his lil ole hotmail email address.
He emailed me and asked me if he could do any design work I had, I told him that since he had no portfolio I wanted him to make some designs for me to look at.
The dude comes back like 2 weeks later with almost $80 banners and wanting like $15 a piece for them.
I told him I never wanted the banners or even any designs, I wanted to see what he COULD design, as I had never seen a thing from him.
Jeff believes that I owe him like $800 for the banners he made, even though I never used any of them, nor did I ever even recieve any of them.
Jeff is Randy's (My old partner) new partner, and long before he begged JMAN to let him run Altmasters.com he was like every other noob in this business.
