Here is what I would say. You need to have some stats that show you are getting traffic to these sites and that they are making the money you say they are. Also linking the sites themselves would help too. Put together a package for people to see.
For example you can say something like: package A is the domain
www.domain.com and all the sites on it (insert list of urls of sites on that domain) here is the PR of those sites (if there is any) then some screenshots of the traffic and revenue from those sites as well as how much time you put into the sites monthly and an asking price. People who are serious and would buy these sites can then see it all and make a decision.
As it is now you are just a guy posting some domains and saying that the sites on them make $500 a year for you with little or no work. The reason people are skeptics is because if I had a collection of sites that made me $500 a year with little or no work I wouldn't sell them because it is free ongoing income.
So what I'm saying is right now you are trying to sell a domain/sites with nothing more than your word. It's kind of like selling a car without letting people test drive it.
