but one thing ... those characters are drawn to look exactly like the originals, in the original settings etc. When Weird Al does a parody, it's obviously not the original person, and the words to the songs are completely different.
What you've done is take the characters and put them into sexual situations. That's not a parody.

The comics are not my idea, the scripts are given to me by the clients. I do write the dialogues. All rights belong to the clients and the legal aspects are their responsibility.
As far as parody is concerned, it can have the exact same characters in the exact same locations as long as the point is to poke fun at them. People are finding the toons funny, so I hope Im not too far off the mark calling them parodies.
