Anytime you are dealing with bank account information, social security & tax id numbers, log ins, passwords, addresses, etc etc, it's best to encrypt that kind of information.

I don't think anyone can argue with that logic.

can you point me to any news articles where info was stolen from an affiliate program because of an insecure page?
