That statement above alone killed it for me. If I have a problem and can't get ahold of support then come to the boards and say boy blah blah support sucks then get canned. No thank you.

In all my years of webmastering, traffic selling, etc. I've never even noticed these clauses.
But then, I always conduct myself as a professional when dealing with the people paying me.
