You posted that you had a script to auto-install, which is against Zango TOS and they HAVE sued others before for illegal downloads of their software.
A company does NOT need to think they can win a case to sue, all they need is a reason to sue. You'll spend a FORTUNE on legal fees, then they can drop the case just as fast as they filed it. If they have enough evidence, or their spin is good enough, to win the case, good luck to you. Otherwise they'll ruin you, because ANY of these companies have a LOT more money than you do.

do I look like a naive 15year old to you? If you think those guys are good spin doctores you are plain stupid - im sorry, but they aren't. If they tried to sue me, the danish government will take a huge bite our of their ass, but I'm not telling you why. But you can read up on the EU-laws that have been passed this year. Its all in there.
