I said this to Will before, and now you got hit with a zango email too.
Let me repeat this... 180/Zango have the best PR spin team I have ever seen. These guys must be very well paid for what they can do and say to make these people look good in the eyes of the public, and that includes a courtroom. Their legal team is just as good. BEWARE of what you say about them and how you say it.
You posted that you had a script to auto-install, which is against Zango TOS and they HAVE sued others before for illegal downloads of their software.
A company does NOT need to think they can win a case to sue, all they need is a reason to sue. You'll spend a FORTUNE on legal fees, then they can drop the case just as fast as they filed it. If they have enough evidence, or their spin is good enough, to win the case, good luck to you. Otherwise they'll ruin you, because ANY of these companies have a LOT more money than you do.
