As for the image of Paris Hilton. I believe they are saying that they used the Paris Hilton image to promote their site. XBiz and AVN did not use it to profit or mislead individuals into joining a site. I'm not saying that's what they did, but I believe that was what the lawsuit was over. It would be like me making a movie and putting pics of Bruce Willis on the poster although he isn't in it.

In any case, an interesting lawsuit although I think the only one that matters in the original.
I appreciate your input. If you get a chance to take a look at the counter suit, there is a lot more information about the usage of the pics. The one thing that you will notice is that CelebrityCash.com sent an email to Redlight asking their approval along with the approval of Rick Soloman the copyright owner of the tape. As you will see in the emails, Rick and Redlight gave them the green light and said everything looks great.

The only thing that was needed was a simple phone call from Xpays and everything could have been resolved with one call instead of a lawsuit.

From what I hear, Rick Soloman is a pretty cool guy and we have nothing against him and I have met the RedLight staff and they are really cool. Actually we have been selling his DVD's via our website http://www.HollywoodSexTapes.com and making him and Redlight Money
