I should qualify that statement as follows: Assuming that the Fox News piece is the whole story. Like the McDonalds Hot Coffee case, the media often reports very slanted verions of the truth, knowing that most people will belive whatever they are fed without much further inquiry. So, I'll reserve my judgment until after the verdict.
