Even though double jeopardy may prevent him from being charged with the murder... making that confession is really really stupid. It wouldn't surprise me if they try charging him with something else now, unless he really thought it through and waited til statute of limitations are up on anything he could have been charged with.

If my father had my mother killed in cold blood and got away with it I think I'd have him killed.
