if you can ping that its just a dns issue - go in network settings and specify the dns rather than obtain auto.
ok so once i clear up the easy problem of both routers having the same .1 ip lol

a non-wireless router, should be able to provide internet access to a wireless router correct?...& the ethernet cord should go from the non-wireless....to the uplink on the wireless? (like where you would normally plugin a modem?)
