The countersuit is common and usually filled with BS. That shit will get tossed faster than BoyAlley at an Elton John concert. It's usually a PR stunt to save face.
As for the image of Paris Hilton. I believe they are saying that they used the Paris Hilton image to promote their site. XBiz and AVN did not use it to profit or mislead individuals into joining a site. I'm not saying that's what they did, but I believe that was what the lawsuit was over. It would be like me making a movie and putting pics of Bruce Willis on the poster although he isn't in it.
In any case, an interesting lawsuit although I think the only one that matters in the original.
